In case the game does not work

These are the first things to do before asking the GMs for help.

--==Be sure u installed the update like it says in the update, where you have the game installed==--
eg: Default is: C:program files/lineage2
C:/games/Lineage2
D:/games/Lineage2

Without /system

1. Be sure that you have THE LATEST DRIVERS for your graphics card, OR at least one that you know its good.(we will try to make a tutorial for drivers). You can install then form CD/DVD(if you have one), or download them form the manufacturer's web site like nVIDIA of ATI .
2. Be sure that u have installed the latest Direct X available, minimum direct X 9.0c.
3. Be sure that you have the correct client.
4. Install all the new updates.
5. If u have installed the new updates and it still does not work, do this delete system folder in lineage 2. and install the oldest update and see if it works. If it doesn't install another update that is more recent.
6. If it still doesn't work, reinstall the client and updates

And if it still doesn't work ask the GM/Admin for help in the Support section of the forum
