Can we have...

...a little more communication on when the server goes down,
maybe why and when you can log in again, please.

I'd like us to always have a warning atleast 30 seconds before
the server goes down and if it doesn't come back up in like 15 minutes,
then post on the forum that it's down and after you get it back up
a message that it's up again.

I just think it's less of a fuss for one person to post it on the forum rather than
all players checking every 5 minutes if it's working yet.

I would also like to remind all players about the chat rules,
because not even gm's obey them (neither gm chars or player chars).
When other players see that even gm's don't act according to the rules
(well, the rules say they don't have to, but as their player characters...)
the problem increases, so please read the rules about ingame chats
and try to obey them.

(Even I forgot that I shouldn't use non english in common chat either)

You are right but there is times when we have errors on server or maybe from ISP and then we cant say anything ... but we will resolve those problems very soon.

Sorry for the Down thing. i got disconected from internet but relogin resolved the problem

When we have error in Database it doesn't say anything, no warning, that's why sometimes we got disconnect immediatly with no warning.

I did get today disconnected from game and now can't enter in game. What happend?

Most of the times the server is down is because there are some errors in the DB, because if we ever shut down the server if needed, we will warn you at least 5 minutes before, so every time server shuts down immediately is because of an error.
Hopefully, we had very few errors for some time now and we plan to reduce them to 0 errors
